Sometimes we need to be reminded of how important breathing is. So simple and so difficult. Inhaling and exhaling. Give your breath the attention it deserves. In my yoga illustrations I have combined my love for yoga and pattern illustration – both together and each separately they are calming, and makes me feel good, finding the presence and balance.
